                        MicroLogix 1100

Enhancements to the Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1100 family of industrial controllers from Rockwell Automation, provide users with increased speed, power and communication capabilities.

Series B MicroLogix 1100 controllers include an onboard Ethernet web server with the ability to notify users of production faults via e-mail. The embedded communications port and web server provides access to control information for real-time data sharing by OEMs, remote maintenance engineers and personnel throughout the production facility. Users have easy access to basic controller and I/O status information with the embedded, multipurpose text LCD display. A built-in 10/100 Mbps EtherNet/IP port offers high-speed, peer-to-peer messaging.

In addition, online editing functionality enables modifications to be made to a program while it is running. This allows fine-tuning of the operating control system, including PID loops, thus reducing development time and troubleshooting.

Rockwell Automation has added the MicroLogix 1100 DWD controller for applications requiring a 12-24V DC power source.

     All New PowerFlex 4M AC Drives

Simple Speed Control, feed-through wiring, DIN-rail mounting and programming ease, gives users "out-of-the-box" AC drive control for motor control retrofits and new applications.

With power ratings from 0.2 to 11kW and voltage classes of 120, 240 and 415 volts, the PowerFlex 4M AC drive is the smallest and most cost-effective member of the PowerFlex family of drives. The PowerFlex 4M A Frame measures 174mm H x 72mm W x 136mm D; the B Frame measures 174mm H x 100mm W x 136mm D; and the C Frame measures 260mm H x 130mm W x 180mm D. All frame sizes feature Zero-Stacking, which saves panel space by eliminating space between drives in applications with ambient temperatures up to 40°C.

The SPIDER family is the ideal choice whenever you want to use a simple unmanaged switch to link ETHERNET nodes in a star or linear topology.
